Gamma Town

The old Sanchinarro. You can access this neighbourhood with an ESG Score over 70, and enjoy basic quality services and clean air for a very affordable price.

Alpha World

Located in El Encinar. If your family have an ESG Score above 90, this is your neighbourhood. You will need an invitation, but once there you can enjoy exclusive amenities, the best green spaces and the cleanest air.

Beta Land

Formerly Las Tablas. You need an ESG Score over 80 to access this neighbourhood. Located next to Wood Park, it has all the amenities for the youngest and most ambitious families.

Discover the widest sustainable barrier in Europe.

Our innovative barrier has a layer of high-rise public buildings, a big leisure area, 3 pedestrian lanes, 3 green lanes, and a lane for electric, autonomous and light rail transit cars. Nearly 60 meters wide to keep dirty and sustainable areas at bay. With our barrier, you won’t even know they’re there.

Telefonica C District

The old Telefonica business city is now a coworking centre equipped with the best connections and all the services you may need. Virtual meeting rooms, auditoriums, cafeterias, and restaurants. All are customized based on your profile and equipped with the latest technology.

Google Smart Campus

Thanks to Google, all our schools are now equipped with a powerful artificial intelligence system that cannot fail. Whichever school you choose (competitive*, creative, sports or classical), your children will know at all times what their path is and what they are the best prepared for.

Our entire district is intelligently connected. We control access and exists and know where our citizens are and what they are doing all the time. Our rate of crime is zero and our children can play safely in the street.

Any doubts?

  • We have an application form available. You will only need your citizen ID to check if you are eligible for the neighbourhood. From there, an agent will contact you to continue the process.

  • If you are part of the Connected Citizen System, you have been assigned a score and profile. Out of respect for our neighbors, at theWood we only accept Gamma and above profiles, but remember that by being a good citizen, taking care of the planet and sharing your data, you can raise your score.

  • Of course, you can. Just keep in mind that profiles below Gamma need special authorization to enter and can stay in the district for a maximum of 4 hours.

  • We produce our own energy publicly and privately and share it with each other and with the outside world. Thanks to our compensation system, citizens who produce the most energy are rewarded with exclusive services and conditions within the District.

  • We have a system to evaluate your child’s profile and recommend the best school for hime or her, but the final decision is yours. The Competitive School, considered one of the best in Europe, is only available for alpha and beta profiles with invitation.

  • We consider theWood an exclusive site for our citizens, so we want to keep your privacy and the secret of our best qualities only for those who can and want to come and meet us in person. We also have virtual tours available that you can access as a logged-in user.
