Product Design & UX Director — Fintech, SaaS, B2B, B2C

With more than 15 years of experience —10 of which I’ve dedicated to leading and inspiring teams to reach their full potential— my approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that every product decision aligns with user needs and business goals.

I’ve had the opportunity to work in consulting, found my own company, and lead the Design, UX, and Research team at Bankinter for over 5 years. There, I built the team from scratch, redefined the bank’s entire suite of digital products, and championed a strong Design culture across the organisation.

Later, I joined Verse as part of the CashApp Global team. There I helped scale the design team and improve the user experience of one of the fastest-growing peer-to-peer payment apps in Europe. My time there reinforced my ability to design for high-growth environments, balancing speed, usability, and business impact.

Currently, as Product Design Director at Factorial, I lead both the design strategy and the user experience transformation for one of our most critical product areas—while also spearheading our AI-driven product innovation initiatives.

I firmly believe in the power of design to create meaningful change. My leadership style is centred around fostering diverse perspectives, encouraging experimentation, and ensuring that design excellence is at the core of every decision. Whether reimagining complex financial products or optimising hospitality services, I’m committed to delivering experiences that make a difference.
